PUBLIC SAFETY NOTICE – IMMEDIATE ATTENTION REQUIRED

A serious dog bite occurred today. This is unacceptable.

Dogs continue to run loose in the community. This puts residents, children, and Elders at risk.

All dog owners are responsible – no exceptions.

Dogs must be tied, penned, or under control at all times.

Enforcement is immediate:

• Dogs at large will be seized
• Fines will be issued

These are requirements under the YKDFN Dog Bylaw .
